عمرہ کے  لئے اصول و  ضوابط  ( آغازیکم نومبر ۲۰۲۰۔ ۲۰۲۱) کرونا کی وبا کے پیش ِ نظر عمرہ پر لگنے والی پابندی نومبر میں ہٹائی جائے گی مگر اس بار عمرہ ادا کرنے کے لئے سخت اصول و ضوابط پر عمل پیرا ہونا ہو گا۔ ان کے تحت مخصوص تعداد کو عمرہ کی اجازت ہو گی ۔ آغاز میں یہ تعداد ۲۵۰۰۰ ہو گی جو بتدریج بڑھائی جائے گی۔ ماضی میں حج جیسے عظیم ارکان کی ادائیگی کے انتظامات کو سعودی حکومت نے ہمیشہ بہترین انداز میں کامیاب بنایا ہے لہٰذا یہ کام اس حکومت کے لئے نسبتا آسان ہو گا۔ یکم نومبر سے کون عمرہ کے لئےجاسکتا ہے؟ ۱۸ سال سے ۵۰ سال کی عمر کے افراد کو یہ سعادت حاصل کرنے کی اجازت
